Register Now for the Strong Bodies, Strong Leaders: Wrestling and Physical Literacy Summer Camp!

In partnership with BC Wrestling, Collingwood Summer Camps is offering a wrestling based physical literacy weeklong grassroots camp this summer!
Everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and confident in their own body - even if they’ve never stepped on a mat before.
Spots are limited - come move, learn, and lead this summer:
Strong Bodies, Strong Leaders is a beginner-friendly, FUNdamentals-based summer camp designed to build physical literacy, coordination, and self-confidence through games, movement, and low-impact wrestling activities in a supportive, low-pressure environment (If you're more experienced in wrestling, check out Collingwood Camps Mat Warriors Wrestling Summer Camp: https://www.bcwrestling.com/post/mat-warriors-wrestling-summer-camp).
Strong Bodies, Strong Leaders Camp Details:
Dates: June 29-July 3, 2026 (Wednesday July 1st off due to holiday)
Time: 9:00am - 3:30pm
Ages: 10-13 (born 2013-2015)
Cost: $450
Campers are welcome to attend either session - or both! Athletes outside the listed age ranges may contact Collingwood Camps to inquire about participation (i.e. if you are outside the listed age range, we can likely make an exception).
Mornings focus on movement and skill-building - think safe falling, balance challenges, agility circuits, obstacle courses, and creative partner games. Afternoons bring it all together through teamwork challenges, leadership games, and fun wrestling-inspired activities that build confidence, communication, and cooperation.
Led by Payten Smith and Cruz Velasquez, campers will be guided by experienced, passionate coaches dedicated to creating a safe, engaging space where every participant can grow.
