The NCCP training for coaches is a solid move. Grassroots development starts with skilled and educated leaders, not just raw talent. In Canada, investing in coaches means investing in kids’ futures. Smaller sports like wrestling deserve just as much structure as hockey. For fans, grassroots energy makes competitions more fun to follow, and sites like https://maxxwin.org/, a major Canadian betting and casino platform, actually include coverage of a wide range of sports, not just the top leagues.
