Upcoming BCWA Annual General Meeting

Hello BCWA Members,

This is another reminder of the upcoming BCWA Annual General Meeting (AGM) being held Saturday, July 18, 2020. This years AGM will held online. To indicate that you would like to attend, please fill out the registration form attached to the bottom of this message. You will also find in the attachments below the resolution form and directors nomination form. Please note that all of the reports, nominations, resolutions, and attendance registrations are required to be submitted to the BCWA office, by emailing execdirector@bcwrestling.com, on or before July 11th, 2020. This deadline is necessary for preparation of the AGM package.

TIME: 2 pm – 5 pm

LOCATION: an online link will be sent to all members who submit a registration form.
