Registration deadline: June 23, 2026
BCWA sanctioning is a required step to be eligible to attend and compete at the Trials.

We understand that the registration process can be confusing, as it involves two separate organizations and two separate registration portals.
• BC Wrestling Association (BCWA) – Provincial Sport Organization
• Wrestling Canada Lutte (WCL) – National Sport Organization
To participate in the Trials, all athletes must have:
✅ A valid 2025/26 BCWA Membership
✅ BCWA Sanctioning Registration (provincial requirement)
✅ WCL Event Registration and Competition License (national requirement)
Please note that BCWA Sanctioning and WCL Event Registration are completed through separate registration portals, but both are required in order to compete.
BCWA is responsible for confirming that all participants from British Columbia are members in good standing and have completed the required sanctioning process. WCL manages the official event registration and competition licensing requirements.
We hope this helps clarify the registration process. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@bcwrestling.com and we would be happy to assist.
Best of luck to everyone as you prepare for the upcoming Trials!
