Mat Warriors is a high-energy wrestling camp built for beginner and novice athletes who want to move, learn, laugh, and compete in a fun and supportive environment.

Campers will:

🔥 Learn exciting wrestling skills & techniques

🔥 Try takedowns, throws, and live scenarios

🔥 Play high-energy wrestling games

🔥 Build confidence & leadership skills

🔥 Learn self-defence and refereeing basics

🔥 Make new friends and awesome summer memories

Led by Payten Smith (SFU Alumni & former Team Canada athlete) and Cruz Velasquez (SFU Alumni & Olympic pathway athlete).
