Pan American and Olympic Qualifiers

This week, Team Canada takes to the mats at the 2024 Pan American Championships (February 21-24) and Pan American Olympic Qualifiers (Feb 28-March 1) in Acapulco, Mexico! In an exciting week of wrestling, 10 athletes from BC will be aiming to take home some hardware – in addition to solidifying their spots for the 2024 Olympics. In the words of BCWA High-performance coach Balraj Virdi:

“Our BC wrestlers have been looking forward to compete since they won the Olympic trials. They are all ready to compete and earn their spot for the 2024 Paris Olympics. I want to wish all the BC and Canadian wrestlers good luck - and I am looking forward in seeing everyone wrestle their hearts out like they always do!”
