• 4:00–6:00 PM – Situations & Live Wrestling

Sunday, Nov 23

• 9:00–11:00 AM - Technique & Situational Drilling

• 11:30 AM–12:15 PM – Off-Mat Instructional Session

• 1:00–3:00 PM – Situations & Live Wrestling

Join us in Kelowna for an action-packed weekend of skill-building and development. Open to all athletes aged 12+, regardless of experience level.
