Notice Regarding the 2026 Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,

The BC Wrestling Association Board of Directors wishes to advise the membership that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, has been declared null and void due to governance and procedural issues identified during the meeting.

It was determined that, in the interest of ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with the Association's Bylaws and applicable legislation, it is necessary to reconvene the Annual General Meeting.

We sincerely apologize to all members who took the time to attend and participate in the meeting. We recognize the inconvenience this decision may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure the Association's governance processes are conducted appropriately and in the best interests of the membership.

A new Notice of Annual General Meeting, together with the complete AGM package, including the agenda, supporting materials, and voting information, will be distributed to the membership shortly in accordance with the Association's Bylaws. The date, time, and meeting details for the reconvened AGM will be included in that package.

The Board remains committed to maintaining transparent, accountable, and member-focused governance and appreciates your continued support of BC Wrestling Association.
