As we head into the 2026/2027 season, we’re introducing *Club Sanctioning* — a new annual registration process designed to create a clearer connection between BCWA, our clubs, and the people who make up our wrestling community.

To register your club, please visit: https://2mev.com/#!/memberships/bcwa-club-sanctioning

Through Club Sanctioning, clubs will provide some basic information about their organization and leadership, helping BCWA better understand our clubs, strengthen governance, and make more informed decisions about the future of wrestling in BC.

We’re also giving clubs more flexibility in how they manage their members through Uplifter.

When setting up your club, you’ll be able to choose from three options depending on how your club operates:

  • Option A: Full Uplifter — manage programs, registrations and payments through Uplifter (i.e. if charge your members weekly, biweekly monthly or annual fees, you can set up payment through Uplifter and can choose to automate payments - reducing administrative weight and making it easy to keep all your finances in one place!)

  • Affiliation Only — view members affiliated with your club while managing your club fees elsewhere

  • Bulk Import — submit member registrations through a bulk upload

Not sure which option is right for your team? Learn more about each option here.

Once a club is set up, members can either be registered through their club or register themselves and select their club affiliation.

We know this is a new process, and we want to make the transition as simple and straightforward as possible.

Swipe through the slides for a quick overview of Club Sanctioning and the three Uplifter options, or visit our BCWA Membership page on our website to learn more.

If anyone has any questions or would like any guidance on sanctioning your team - please reach out to us (info@bcwrestling.com) and we would be happy to help!
