Day 2 Recap - Junior National Championships

Day two of the 2026 Canadian Wrestling Championships saw British Columbia continue its impressive run at Centre Pierre Charbonneau in Montreal.

The Junior Women's Team Championship was captured by Coast RTC, while BC's Junior Men delivered one of the strongest performances of the tournament, winning six of the ten available gold medals. BMWC claimed the Men's Team Championship, while Liam Gorton (Coast RTC) was named the Men's Most Outstanding Wrestler.

Adding to the celebration, Coast RTC's Kade Brown was recognized as the 2025 WCL Wrestler of the Year! A huge congratulations!
