BCWA Banquet - Early Bird Cost and Registration Deadline Extended

We so look forward to seeing everyone at this years BCWA Awards Banquet!

Although many have registered, we would like to open the doors and encourage more folks to attend by extending the banquet early bird cost indefinitely. Additionally, the registration deadline has been extended to Monday October 24th. As a friendly reminder, attendees do not need to be BC Wrestling members - so please, forward on this email on and invite all who are connected to the wrestling community (athletes, coaches, officials, parents, friends, and wrestling supporters)!

Banquet Information: Date: October 28, 2022

Time: 6:00pm – 10:00pm

Location: Pink Pearl Restaurant (1132 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC, V6A 1S2)

All active coaches will be gifted a BCWA Coach shirt. Subject to size availability.

Invite your team's coach and recognize their leadership and support.

Tickets:

• BCWA Banquet Ticket -$60.00

• VIP table sponsors - $1000-$2000 per table (upgraded meal)

Absolute Registration Deadline – October 24, 2022.

• Multiple tickets may be purchased

• Non-members and table purchasers – please email execdirector@bcwrestling.com for e-transfer instructions.

• BCWA Membership is not required

We are seeking sponsorship for the 2022 BCWA Awards Banquet. Sponsors and table purchasers will have the opportunity to present awards at the event. Please contact Non Ha, execdirector@bcwrestling.com, for more details.
