NOTICE is hereby given to all members of the BC Wrestling Association that the 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held virtually Saturday, June 12, 2021 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm (PST). A zoom link will be sent to all members who register.

Registration closes June 5, 2021 at 11:59 pm.
NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. There is no penalty to register and then NOT attend.

Please note that resolutions for consideration by the members at the 2021 AGM are required to be submitted to the BCWA office on or before May 27, 2021. This ensures proposed resolutions can be included in the full AGM package to be distributed on May 28, 2021. The BCWA Board of Directors intends to submit a new set of bylaws for BCWA for membership consideration. An overview of the key provisions and full text will be included in the 15 day notice. The Board will also be holding an information session on Zoom on May 20, 2021 to outline the proposed bylaws.
