2026 BCWA AGM - 15 Day Notice

The 2026 BCWA AGM 15 Day Notice package is now available!

This is a friendly reminder to all members that the BC Wrestling Association Annual General Meeting is taking place July 14, 2026, from 7:00–8:00 PM PT. The draft 2025/2026 audited financial statements are now available for member review and will be finalized following the AGM vote.

The registration deadline for the 2026 BCWA AGM is July 12th, by 11:59pm.

Voting & Membership Reminder

*Please review the AGM package for more details on voting and membership requirements; a summary is provided below:

• Each BC Wrestling Club or Team Member is entitled to one vote, to be exercised by the club or team's designated delegate.

• Clubs and teams must designate one registered BCWA member to vote on their behalf.

• Director Members are entitled to one vote each

• Ordinary Members and Honorary Members do not have voting rights.

• To be recognized as a voting member for the 2025/2026 AGM, individuals must have been a registered BCWA member for the 2025/2026 membership year by July 7, 2026.
