2023 Canadian Team Trials Recap

This past weekend, 13 representatives from BC competed at the Canadian Team Trials in Edmonton, Alberta. All took to the mats and left everything they had, overall making BC and Canada Proud! Of the 13, seven went on to win the trials including Karla (53kg) and Ana Godinez (62kg), Justina Di Stasio (76kg), Darthe Capellan (57kg), Nishan Randhawa (97kg), Amar Dhesi (125kg), and Jorawar Dhinsa (130kg Mens Greco roman)! The winners will now look to qualify each of their weight classes at the Pan-American Olympic Qualifier Feb. 28- March 1 in Acapulco, Mexico – and then, will look pave the way to Paris for the 2024 Olympics!
