2022 U17 Cadet Pan American Championships Recap

This past weekend, Team Canada was represented by nine BC athletes and three BC coaches including Gurjot Kooner, Frank Mensah and Laura Steffler at the U17 Pan American Championships in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Of these nine, three BC athletes stood upon the podium! Final results include:

• Rupinder Johal, U17 Female Cadet Pan American Champion - and winner of the Gold Boot for most outstanding female wrestler

• Ella Finding U17 Female Cadet Pan American Bronze medalist

• Tejvir Dhinsa U17 Male Cadet Pan American Bronze Medalist

• Harkirat Dhillon U17 Male Cadet Pan American - Fourth Place

• Micah Calapiz U17 Male Cadet Pan American - Fourth Place

• Jagroop Dhinsa U17 Male Cadet Pan American - Fourth Place

• Marley Jackson U17 Female Cadet Pan American - Fifth Place

• Quentin Mensah U17 Male Cadet Pan American - Seventh Place

• Arjun Nagra U17 Male Cadet Pan American - Seventh Place
