Overview:

"Coaches help each athlete develop all of their capacities: physical,
mental/emotional, and social." - Coaching Association of Canada

Coaches are a vital part of any sport that you participate in and their role is not a simple one.  As demonstrated by the quote above, coaches have the privilege of wearing many hats in their role whether it is as a mentor, counsellor, motivator, demonstrator, friend, and the list can go on.  We have designed this page to provide you with various resources that may help with your role as a coach.

Please look at the tabs on the left side of this page for information
about a number of different topics.
